​AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Rates

Standard Shipping is calculated by weight. The figures below are an example of our shipping rates for Australia (excluding WA and NT). These rates are subject to change:

  • Up to 500g  -  $7
  • 500g - 1kg  -  $11
  • 1kg - 3kg  -  $14.50
  • 3kg - 5kg  -  $17
  • 5kg -10kg  -  $23

Express Shipping is calculated by weight:

  • Up to 500g  -  $12
  • 500g - 1kg  -  $17
  • 1kg - 3kg  -  $22
  • 3kg - 5kg  -  $28
  • 5kg – 10kg  -  $40
  • 10kg and over  -  $50

Free Standard Australian Shipping on all orders over $150.

​Free shipping does not apply to any Express shipping orders.

​Shipping times

All orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days, and all products listed on the website as in stock are ready to send. Occasionally there will be items listed as pre-order items, which means customers can order prior to the time those items are available. Shipping dates for all pre-order items will be clearly stated in the product listing.

Shipping service

  • We use two shipping partners to get your parcels safely delivered within Australia - Sendle and Australia Post. PO box orders will automatically be sent via Australia Post. We care deeply about the environment, and the carbon used in the distribution of our packages is offset.
  • All orders are fully trackable, with tracking information provided at the time of shipment. Orders are also sent with 'Authority to Leave' as the default option. Australia Post is currently delivering all parcels with contactless delivery, not requiring any signature. Please note that we accept no responsibility for parcels that are missing with Authority to Leave if our shipping partners have provided confirmation of delivery.
  • Often, parcel delivery times can be unpredictable when our shipping partners experience higher than usual demand, and are impacted by reduced flights.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​Rates

We are able to ship anywhere in the world however occasionally our postage partners cease shipping to certain locations for various reasons, such as uncertainty in the area. We charge based on what the postal service charges us, with rates based on weight. Postage rates are automatically calculated at checkout. All international parcels are sent using STANDARD international mail. If you require express shipping, please get in touch.

All prices quoted are in Australia Dollars. Please use the currency conversion tool at the checkout to convert to your local currency.

Shipping Service

International orders are sent using Australia Post's standard international post, and include tracking information. Please note customs may delay delivery and we are unable to accept responsibility for any customs fees and delays.

Packaging

We use environmentally friendly paper bags made in Australia with recycled newspaper padding. Our bags can be recycled with your paper recycling. We also use all recycled materials when we pack your orders; they may not always be pretty, but they are kind to the Earth.
